Carbendazim (Bavistin) Bhavaran
Carbendazim-60% WP-1000g
Package of 1 kg
Systemic fungicide with protective and therapeutic effects that is absorbed and transmitted through roots and green tissue. Effective against latent and manifest black spot of wheat and barley
How it works
A widely used systemic fungicide from the benzimidazole family that is moderately toxic to mammals and bees and highly toxic to earthworms. Carbendazim works by inhibiting the biosynthesis of beta-tubulin, thereby disrupting the mitotic division of fungal cells.
One of the most widely used pesticides in agriculture for the prevention and control of plant diseases, with high solubility and absorption rate, which is most effective against powdery mildew, phytophthora, and rust fungi. This fungicide, with its systemic properties, can move throughout the plant and be absorbed by the plant through the roots and leaves, preventing diseases.
Uses
In other countries, it is used to control diseases caused by Septoria, Fusarium, Sclerotinia, black spot, powdery mildew and to control worms in grass. The use of this fungicide is prohibited in edible mushroom farms. Use in high concentrations causes infertility in animals. So far, the expiration date for this toxin has not been registered.
